Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

1. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
2. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
3. Personalized or customized products, as well as perishable goods, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund Options:

1. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund within 14 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed information and supporting evidence, such as photographs, to expedite the resolution process.

We will either arrange a replacement for the damaged/defective item or offer a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

Change of Mind:

If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return an item that is eligible for return, you may do so within the specified 7-day period. However, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

    All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

·   Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
    No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 - In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to (using a reliable courier service). In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

The Return Process - Online
